Following the reduction in the budget for Official Development Assistance (ODA), a formal review of UK Research and Innovation’s (UKRI) Global Challenges Research Fund (GCRF) interdisciplinary research hubs programme was undertaken.
The outcomes were reported to the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) to provide evidence for the hub’s funding for 2022 to 2023 onwards.
