UKRI commissioned RAND Europe to conduct an evaluation of the Future Leaders Fellowships programme (round one to six) in June 2022.
This report presents the evaluation framework and outlines the planned approach for the analytical frames and core evaluation data collection, including:
- a process evaluation
- quasi-experimental impact evaluation
- an economic feasibility assessment
