These reports contain findings from the interim impact evaluation of SPF undertaken by Technopolis. This is the final output of the third phase of the SPF evaluation, which is being carried out over four phases and is due to conclude in 2025.
The main findings report is accompanied by a technical report that contains a series of supporting annexes that are referred to at various points in the main document.
