These reports contain findings from the baseline and interim process evaluation of the SPF undertaken by Technopolis.

The main findings report sets out details of the evaluation, the fund, and the approach. Section three presents the main findings for the interim process evaluation, as well as baseline information, and early evidence of progress (impact evaluation). Concluding remarks and a series of recommendations, for ongoing implementation, and for the next phase of evaluation are set out in section four.

The main findings report is accompanied by a technical report that contains a series of supporting annexes that are referred to at various points in the main document.
