Details

Quantum technologies will impact every aspect of the Science and Technology Facilities Council’s (STFC) mission in the years to come.

We are already playing a leading role in the UK’s National Quantum Technologies Programme. We are working with the Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council to deliver the National Quantum Computing Centre and the Quantum Technology for Fundamental Physics programme.

Our strategy sets out our ambition for the UK’s National Laboratories and our fundamental physics programme to support a diverse range of research, development and adoption of quantum technologies, across a range of technology readiness levels.

This is the website for UKRI: our seven research councils, Research England and Innovate UK. Let us know if you have feedback or would like to help improve our online products and services.
