This study presents a thorough review of the SBRI process and the extent to which it achieves its goals and the impact the programme has.

We are publishing this review from August 2015 for transparency purposes as it supports the report: Leveraging public procurement to grow the innovation economy: an independent review of the Small Business Research Initiative (SBRI) – an independent review of the SBRI by David Connell, published in November 2017.
