European Research Area Network Co-fund for Biotechnologies (ERA CoBioTech) has put together this document to contribute to the development of the Responsible Research and Innovation (RRI) work programme.
This document introduces and gives context to RRI and biotech. It discusses the problems encountered for science and society, how to learn from the past and take those lessons and recommendations into the future.
