The Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC) commissioned CFE Research to undertake a rapid evidence assessment to consider what the skills are that facilitate effective leadership at the different stages in a research career.
This will improve our understanding of ‘what works’ in terms of facilitating the development of the skills required at each career stage in the social sciences.
