Details

The data set covers:

• principal investigator (PI) and co-investigator grant applicants and recipients
• fellowship applicants and awardees
• PhD studentship starts.

There are four protected characteristics in the data set:

• age
• disability
• ethnicity
• sex.

We publish this data once a year.

The diversity profiles for the student and staff populations are constructed using data from the Higher Education Statistical Agency.
