This publication provides a thematic analysis of the financial and narrative accountability and monitoring data submitted by higher education providers in receipt of HEIF allocations between 2015 and 2020.
Extracted data was used to explore past trends in expenditure of HEIF funding and alignment of planned expenditure with a number of themes including the impact of COVID-19 and government priorities.
Analysis was undertaken by Technopolis Group.
