Details

All proposals submitted to MRC are scrutinised by independent experts who consider the importance, scientific potential and cost-effectiveness of the research concerned. It is a two-stage process and this guidance is aimed at peer reviewers taking part in the first stage of this process.

All researchers supported by the MRC are expected to participate in peer review.
