The Faraday Battery Challenge is a UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) Challenge Fund programme that’s investing £610 million to develop a high-tech, high-value and high-skill battery technology industry. Its goal is to make the UK a science superpower for batteries by supporting world-class battery facilities and innovative businesses in the battery supply chain.
