This report contains the national vision for industrial cluster decarbonisation in the UK, with the objectives to:

  • synthesise the six cluster plans through a national lens
  • set out the next steps for how the UK can harness the power of its industrial clusters and drive
  • explain how this can be achieved while also contributing to a stronger economy, energy security, greater innovation, and community viality
  • share recommendations and considerations for achieving this vision and curbing industrial emissions beyond the clusters
