This report presents the final evaluation of D2EDPM challenge, a UKRI funded initiative aimed at accelerating the use of data and emerging technologies in disease diagnosis and precision medicine. Launched in 2020, the challenge has been evaluated in four stages by SQW, with this report offering a detailed assessment of its outcomes.
