AHRC Associate Director for Planning and Governance
Tom Goodsir is Associate Director of Governance and Planning at the Arts and Humanities Research Council (AHRC).
Tom joined AHRC in July 2024 and his remit covers:
- governance
- executive office
- planning
- project management
Tom has held various governance, strategy and policy posts across the public and private sectors. He worked within the UK Research and Innovation Corporate Hub for five years before joining AHRC. He has also previously worked at the Economic and Social Research Council.
Tom has a degree in politics, philosophy and economics from the University of Exeter and an MPhil in intellectual history from the University of Cambridge.
