EPSRC Deputy Director for International
Dr Ruth Kelman is Deputy Director for International at the Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council (EPSRC).
Ruth leads EPSRC’s international portfolio providing strategic direction. Ruth works with the research community in the UK and overseas, research funders in other countries, and colleagues across EPSRC and UK Research and Innovation to identify and develop opportunities for international collaborations.
Prior to joining ESPRC Ruth worked for the Natural Environment Research Council (NERC) where she undertook a number of roles including leading NERC’s Resilient Environment theme and the Water research portfolio.
