MRC Chief Operating Officer (acting)
Helen Morgan is the acting Chief Operating Officer for the Medical Research Council and UK Research and Innovation Senior Finance Business Partner.
In her role as Chief Operating Officer, Helen manages teams in finance, pensions and funding operations.
Helen is a Chartered Management Accountant with over 10 years government experience in leading both national and international large exposure projects at management board level.
