Organisations can apply for a share of £28 million, inclusive of VAT, for the development and commercialisation of cutting-edge telecommunications technological solutions with a foundational role in communication networks.

To lead a project, you can:
- be an organisation
- work alone or with other organisations as subcontractors
Contracts will be awarded to a single legal entity only. If applying as a consortia, this contract will be awarded to the lead organisation with consortia members as sub-contractors.
