Apply for funding to develop and drive the uptake of non-animal technologies.
You must be based at an organisation eligible for UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) funding.
Your funding will support:
- the next generation of non-animal technologies that mimic the physiological environment of living tissues or organs, intra-organ interactions, and microenvironmental factors
- activities aimed at enhancing confidence in non-animal technologies, particularly across UK industry but also globally.
The full economic cost of your project can be up to £250,000. BBSRC and NC3Rs will fund 80% of the full economic cost.
Projects can run for up to 24 months.
