Workforce equality report
Our workforce equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) plan describes how we will continue building an inclusive workplace, ensuring EDI is embedded into everything we do.
Today we are publishing a report setting out the progress we have made in 2023 to 2024 and outlining our areas of focus and actions for 2024 to 2025.
Workplace dignity, respect and anti-bullying, harassment and discrimination (ABHD) plan
Feedback and evidence from our employee People Survey and an independent ABHD review, all emphasise the need for action to foster a more diverse and inclusive culture.
In response, we have also published today our action plan to create a culture of dignity, respect and ABHD in our workforce.
